New Solutions to Debut at InfoComm Mexico
Include the AV over IP 4K/60 Uncompressed Extender
WORLD TRADE CENTER, MEXICO CITY – Leading AV over IP solutions provider MuxLab and established Mexico City-based distributor Duoson team up to deliver a comprehensive new selection of AV over IP products to the Latin American market. In addition to the existing product portfolio, several new solutions will be shown for the first time in this important geographical region.
AV over IP 4K/60 Uncompressed Extender, UTP
This scalable new solution (model 500760) extends HDMI at resolutions up to 4K@60Hz to create video wall, virtual matrix and virtual splitter arrangements supporting hundreds of screens, depending on network bandwidth. Sources and displays connect to each other through a 10Gig Ethernet Switch using Cat5e/6 cable from up to 100m in distance. This solution boasts exceedingly low latency with an uncompressed 4K signal delivery. It is also available as a fiber model (model 500761) that connects displays and sources to an Ethernet Switch from up to 300m via OM3 multimode fiber cable with dual LC connectors.
HDMI 2.0 over IP Extender, 4K/60
The MuxLab HDMI 2.0 over IP PoE Extender, 4K/60 (model 500779) can be configured to operate as a transmitter or receiver that can send HDMI 2.0 at up to 4K (3840×2160)@60Hz (4:4:4) via a 1Gbps Ethernet Switch. AV can be delivered in one-to-one, one-to-many and many-to-many configurations when riding on the IP-based network. HDMI sources and displays can connect to the Switch from up to 100m in distance using Cat5e/6 cable for added flexibility. One directional IR port and an RS232 port allow for the remote control of end devices.
4K Wall Plate Extenders
Two new IP-based Wall Plate solutions support 4K delivery in sleek enclosures that streamline the installation. The HDMI/VGA/USB over IP PoE Wall Plate Transmitter, UHD-4K (model 500777-TX-WH) transmits HDMI, VGA and USB 2.0 via a local Ethernet connection. All signals are delivered to the HDMI/USB over IP PoE Wall Plate Receiver, UHD-4K (model 500777-RX-WH) where displays, smart whiteboards and USB devices are connected. Video resolutions are delivered up to 4K@30Hz. An RS232 port on the receiver plus a directional IR port allows remote access and management of end devices.
HDMI/Dante over IP
MuxLab’s HDMI/Dante over IP PoE Transmitter, UHD-4K (model 500759-TX-Dante) delivers HDMI at up to 4K@30Hz with Dante audio to create an independently distributed AV network. Hundreds of displays and various video wall configurations are supported, depending on network bandwidth. Audio can be independently distributed to hundreds of Dante supported audio devices.
DomoStream (model 500778) transports AV over IP connecting through an Ethernet Switch up to 4K (3840 x 2160@30Hz) with HDR. It supports all audio modes up to 8 channel LPCM, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. Two channel audio can also be embedded at the source and extracted at the display location. The entire system can be managed and controlled through smart phones and tablets when combined with MuxLab’s ProDigital Network Controller and the MuxControl App, while also supporting RS-232 and directional IR for controlling end devices. DomoStream’s very low latency makes it well suited for mission-critical installations where extremely detailed video is delivered instantly.
