One of the most exciting parties during the Moscow International Film Festival took place in the DURAN BAR restaurant (Moscow, Russia), where HELLO! Magazine celebrated the Moscow International Film Festival. The magazine has been organizing theme parties in Moscow since 2006 by uniting all talent, business people, producers and other professionals in the filmmaking industry. This time the party was dedicated to documentary films. The organizers showed the fragments of movies about the history of the Cannes Film Festival.
At the beginning of the event, talent, producers and TV personalities appeared on the red carpet and interacted with the press. The editor-in-chief of HELLO! Magazine Russia, Svetlana Bondarchuk, the wife of the legendary producer and movie director Fedor Bondarchuk, was accompanied by legendary Russian actress Renata Litvinova to host the event. Renata interviewed some talent during the evening.
THT was pleased to see American film director Matthew Heineman at the event. Matthew brought his new documentary (Cartel Land, 2015) to the Moscow International Film Festival. The film is about the scary world of Mexican cartels. The release date in the US is July 17th.
The guests enjoyed complimentary food and drinks as well as live music that night.
The official sponsors of the event were Chopard, 24_DOC, ESCADA and Haagen-Dazs Ice cream.
